Partnering with your Contractor on Deals together

Hi guys!

Need some advise here… so I am thinking about partnering with my contractor and form an LLC together to flip houses and acquire rental properties. We are going into the partnership with 50/50 contribution to the LLC. I could see a potential conflict of interest here in that he will most likely do the majority of the renovation on the properties that we acquire together. Has anyone done anything like it? I mean i trust the guy, but I just want to see what you think about that setup and anything that i should be aware of. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
