How do I get on a whole sellers list

Darryl R.
Posted

I work full time like most people and have trouble finding deals or traveling to other states to see properties. I believe that it is worth paying a premium for a wholesaler to find me a deal. Am I wrong? How do you get on wholesalers lists? Also, which markets are you having success in right now? Thank you for the input.

Darryl,

What state are you in?

Things you could do:

1. Join a local real estate investment club - these typically take place after work hours

2. Paying a wholesale fee is 100% about the deal, we just bought our last project from a wholesaler; we had been offered 20+ projects but other wholesalers, we didn't pull the trigger because the numbers on those deals did not work.

3. Go on Zillow.com and filter for REO or Bank owned properties, reach out to the listing agents - REO agents are typically the best connected Agents in their markets because they deal with cash buyers all of the time
