Question about loan & LLC

We are newbies, but have set up an LLC with my wife as the sole member (after discussing with atto. We are thinking about getting some properties in the near future either by turkney or direct buy, and will take out a mortgage for those properties, and would ideally want to have the mortgage under the LLC name, which I understand might not be feasible off the bat. So if we take a loan out personally with intent to transfer, does the loan have to be solely under my wife's name? She currently has no income. Or do I need to be on the loan as well? In the latter case, would it present an issue if we were to try and transfer a loan under both our names to an LLC where she is the sole member? Appreciate any thoughts from anyone who has gone through this process before. Thx!
