investing in 55 plus communities
I am in Nevada and we are seeing an influx of Californians trying to escape tax hell. Looking to invest in age restricted communities. Does anyone have advice on this segment? Probably less wear and tear than renting to college students. Wondering if there are any negatives.

@Anthony L Cogburn I've seen this as a great investment opportunity in the past. I would just do your due diligence and make sure the market is not over saturated.
