New to investing! Pro Tips welcomed!
I have a partner and we are close to start looking for our first property together! He has houses under his name, but this is my first. We are getting private lenders set up and I am starting to see the light. I’m not asking anything specific... just would appreciate any experience advice! I have been researching and reading, but anything extra helps. First post here as well! Thank you.

Congrats @Timothy Stromberg on your first property. I'd suggest creating an LLC for the property. Divide ownership of the LLC by calculating total cash investment by the members. Give each member an ownership stake equal to his cash investment. Two members contributing $25,000 apiece would each receive a 50 percent stake in the company.
