Rental in Upper Class Areas
Seeking some insight/thoughts on whether or not it makes sense from an investment perspective to keep a former primary residence for an investment property. The property is in a upper middle class area close to the 500k price point. I thought that I once read that upper middle class SFH do not make a great real estate investment. Thoughts?? Thanks in advance!!!!
