Suggestions on Recovery Homes

Hey everyone, I am new to bigger pockets. My goal is to open a recovery home in Philadelphia within the next 6 months to a year. I am familiar on how to run a recovery home but need information on the real estate side of a recovery home. Any suggestions on articles or videos to watch for someone who is planning to open a recovery home.
