Tips on consolidating emailed MLS listings

Hi all-

I'm a new investor and live in CA but am interested in selecting a couple of out-of-state markets to build portfolios in. I have been pretty active in connecting with various agents in various markets and have had several MLS search emails setup for me. With all of these properties being sent to me on a daily basis, I am struggling to find the most sensible way to evaluate them all/take advantage of the growing lists of emails. Does anyone have a process that they would suggest to help in evaluating all of these properties without spending half the day doing it?
