Hi, I’m an out of state investor and looking to invest into real estate, mainly looking for cash flow properties. Has covid affected San Antonio market? Which areas should I focus when looking at cash flow type of deals?

Things haven't really effected the San Antonio market too much and with things going "back to normal" the market is steaming up again. In the last 30 days here's what's been going on: 114 New listings, 3 Expired, 82 Sold and 120 PENDING. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any additional questions.
