I’m a army veteran living in Orlando, FL looking to invest into real estate, is now a good time or should I wait ? If so when is a good time?

@Kris Columna

There is never a bad time to invest, there are only bad deals. During great markets there are good and bad deals and during downturns there are good and bad deals

During an upmarket mistakes can be diminished due to appreciation in a property and magnified in a down market, but if you try and “play the market” you will not win

You also didn’t mention type of investing you want to do? Right now fix and flippers are at higher risk than buy and hold due to potential pricing contraction.
