Almost debt free! What's next?

Good afternoon !

I owe about 22k left on student loans and want to move forward with real estate investing once I'm done! I estimate that will be paid off around October I currently serve in the military so my income is stable and my credit is mid - to high 700s. I've read books on investing. Any advice on where to start? Should I look for a financial advisor next? I want to start building my portfolio as soon as I'm out of debt. P.S I'm also single with no dependents.
