What type of Bookeeper are you using?

Hey there, I have an established company and we have always had an in-house bookeeper. I recently learned that it can be quite cost effective to just hire a virtual company. Has anyone had any luck with this? Trying to figure out if I should keep it in house or out source this position. Thanks for the opinions :)
