Anyone investing in Vero Beach, FL or Bullhead City, AZ?

Hi. I am looking for information on Vero Beach and Bullhead City. I am currently snowbirding in Bullhead City since I haven't been able to make it back to Maryland. I would like to know what the rehab and 1 year lease strategy looks like for both of these places since they seem to be snow birding communities. I've been looking at Vero Beach for over a year, so I am more interested in doing a project there, but since I am in Bullhead City, I figure I might look into doing something here. Thanks.
