Hi,  I am a newbie wanna be investor in the information gathering process.  I’m interested in the cash flow strategy.  I’m looking at out of state properties as the Denver market I live in, the housing market is quite high.  

For all the investors who invest out of the market you live in, what website or tools do you use to analyze the economics/safety condition of a city? Besides employment numbers, what other numbers do you look like to help your decision?   Thanks in advance for the replies.
