hey guys i found a guy locally who buys homes and before he closes on the house he re-sells it for a profit. he uses yard signs sying i buy houses. he calls himself a wholesaler. here is his website. tell me if this kinda stuff works and where you can get in trouble. i dont want to pay for his course i am sure you guys know what he is doing. what happens if you cant find a buyer ect? thanks Jeremy
