Loan guarantee fee?

Anyone out there have insights into a fee (or other incentive stucture) that would be reasonable to charge to a partnership for personally guaranteeing a loan on a property being purchased by the partnership? Similar to a syndication setup where I am bird-dogging but not truly acting as a promoter..
