Investing in Rentals with friends

I have had my license in Oregon for 3 years now. I have been wanting to invest in real estate for a few months now. Just found Bigger Pockets a month ago and the community sounds amazing. I have been learning so much! Does anyone know off the top of their head if there is a podcast about investing with friends or any good articles? 4 of my close friends want to pool our money in on multi family homes to rent. One of my friends is an agent in CA and we’re looking there and here in OR. Is it good idea to do business with friends on investing in real estate? Anything helps :) thank you for looking at this post!
