Detailed land survey
The seller said boundary survey is all I need. I want all details before closing, what is the check list to follow? This parcel is on sale for years so I’m little skeptical and looking for all tiny bits of information.thank you

You should consider an ALTA survey and make sure the easements and other matters in your title commitment are addressed in the survey. Important to know if there are easements, encroachments, etc. that can cause you issues down the line.
