Questions to ask local banks

My wife and I are planning on going to a few local banks this Friday to see what they can offer us in the short and long term. Looking to start out house hacking a 2-4 unit using the BRRRR strategy. Then transition our investing into additional multi-family BRRRRs. We're just going to start the process by talking to a few in person that are nearby. Worse case scenario it's a learning exercise.

Anyway, we’ve got a list of questions but wanted to see if anyone here could add any questions, experience, or wisdom. Also, if there are any lenders in the Hudson Valley (particularly Orange County, Rockland County, Ulster County, Putnam County, Dutchess County, and Westchester County) you’d recommend we talk to please let us know.
