Home advisor worth it?

I was looking for some input on how useful home advisor is?  I have long distant rentals and it looks like a good option to get small jobs done without alot of headaches.  I'm currently using it to just put up a handrail for a rental permit inspection.  Figured it would be good to start off on a low stake job.
