Additional principal mortgage payment

I own a two flat and am currently house hacking. My current mortgage payment includes PITI should I make additional principal payments or save the cash flow for reserves or go toward next investment.

 I accelerate and pay off high rate, high hassle and high risk loans.

Fixed low rate primary mortgages aren't any of those.

I'd keep it for future investments vs paying extra against principal if fixed in the 4s or lower.
