using the bp calculator!!

Guys when using the bp calculator. I understand that we looking for a minimum of $100 cash flow per unit right. But does that including me personally living there or not?! (If its a duplex). Or is that implying that 2 tenants living there each paying a $100 extra (total $200 cash flow for me) ??
