Newbie REI looking to learn

Hello!

I’m new to BP and looking to create new connections to ultimately meet my RE investment goals.

I'm looking for 2-4 units or SFR for less than $150,000.

Currently I own my SFR and a condo both in Los Angeles county.

I’ve been looking in the Milwaukee area and most recently Minnesota.

I’m a sponge right now! All your comments , suggestions and advice on what to read or listen to is welcomed.

Thanks in advance!

Hi @Morris Vides and welcome to BP!  I have a couple rentals in Milwaukee and am looking for more.  One thing I would watch out for however is being too general when you say "Milwaukee" - there's quite a large spread in terms of the quality of different neighborhoods.  Prices can be cheap, but often times when you guy in the cheaper areas they throw in the headaches for free.  My suggestion would be to find an agent that knows which areas to focus on.  Good luck!
