Is my offer less appealing to a wholesaler?

I have lost a few offers to wholesalers in Pensacola FL because I have a due diligence period of 14 days. I am a cash buyer but i have lost deals to sight unseen offers multiple times. Even if my offer was a little more.

Am I missing something?

@Cody Wood - How much was offered to the wholesaler as a non-refundable due diligence fee to get those 14 days? Most wholesalers value the "bird in the hand" and dollar today, more so than the "bird in the bush" and two dollars tomorrow. They are not going to want you holding up the property for 2 full weeks only then to back-out because (insert newbie fear here) - even if your offer was higher than the person who was ready to buy blind. Adjust your cash offer to an amount that takes into consideration that fear of the unknown, and drop the 14 days to 0 (or maybe 3) - or pay a substantial enough non-refundable DD fee.
