Sell, rent, or Airbnb

I live in california and have a rental property in Miami. My tenants are moving out next month. I think I have 3 option. 1. Sell property and get about $100,000 of equity and buy more investment properties. 2. Rent it again and keep getting passive income. 3. Airbnb the property but, I would need someone to assist me in managing the property. I have never done Airbnb but like the idea. Any suggestions?
