Veteran needing money to finish a flip in Ohio

I’m a flipper in Ohio. My husband and I are a design-build team. We’re working on two houses at the moment. We’d like to get both done and list by spring. We’re $50k short to finish the second house. We’re self funded and have no debt. If you’d like to invest, please message me your terms.
