I started off investing real estate a little while back. Since I’ve started, I have:

-House hacked (before it was popular)

-BRRR

-wholesale

-wholetail

-flip

-owner finance

-passively invested in MF

-own a tiny home park

-under contract to purchase 47 MF units

-I might be missing a couple of things lol

I know what my plans are for the next 1-5 years, but looking back, that's a lot of strategies LOL

As you can see, I've have done a lot in less than 10 years. How many of you know what your passion/niche is when it comes to real estate?

What your experience illustrates is that the strategy should follow the opportunity and not the other way around.  When an opportunity presents itself, identify and pursue the strategy that will derive value from the opportunity.
