How I ethically made $3200 in two weeks by owning a whorehouse

I thought I'd tell a very small piece of my story:

Last year, I had got a call from someone on Craigslist. They were going to lose their home to tax foreclosure and wanted sell it fast.

He wanted $1 for the property. I said yes. We bought and sold the property eventually earning $3200 in just over two weeks.

During the process I found out it was the whorehouse of Muskegon Heights.

Now when my mom asks, "how's business?" I get to say, "well I don't own a whorehouse anymore, so life is pretty good."
