Analyzing your target market for investing

Hey!

I am currently abroad at the moment and won't be returning to my target market, Minneapolis/St. Paul, for a few months. That said, I am analyzing properties and have been doing so for awhile now, which has definitely helped me to learn the market better. I want to do whatever I can while I am away to learn my market as best as possible. What other recommendations do you have for me to better know my market without being present in it? Any sites that I should explore that will give me beneficial information?

Thanks!!
