Coastal Florida-outside of Tampa-insight or experience here?

I have just visited a beautiful holiday destination with my family post Xmas. Made me think there might be potential for holiday rentals here (coastline outside of Tampa). I have been busy researching the comps and cash flow opportunities but unsure if I just had stars in my eyes or if this could be a real possibility. Anyone in the BP community have experience or information in this part of the world? I would be interested to here your insights. Happy holidays and thanks BP community!
