Triple Net Lease Property Valuation
Is there any difference in evaluating a triple net lease property vs other commercial properties?
It’s a 1.4m property with 20k in taxes
Car wash and body shop. 2 separate tenants.
I’m guessing the term of leases to tenants remaining should be a strong consideration but if all else cash flows is there anything I’m missing
7.5% cap rate
