I am a licensed real estate agent and co-founder of an architectural firm and real estate development company. We're building a team of investors for residential development projects and offering 100% profit sharing; i.e. dollar-for-dollar percentage profit on the sale of development projects; same as principals. Where have you been successful locating investors vs. HML or unscrupulous lenders?
