Where do you find rental prices?

Looking to buy a rental.  So of course basic calculation needs to have decent estimate of potential rent.  Currently I'm using zillow and craigslist.  But not sure that is the best way to do it.  What is the best way to understand what I should expect for rent?

Similar question about rent increase to expect.

@Martin Lim I agree with @Jonathan Greene I also use Rentometer.com as that is what most BP guys recommend. Depending on the area and how many "off-market"  rentals there are I would maybe call around to the guys on CL & Zillow and see how their traffic has been at their prices. If they answer and say that they have gotten no calls then avoid that for a comp, alternatively, if you get someone that said their phone has been ringing off the hook then they're at a more comparable rent price.

Rentometer however will keep you conservative on rates then you can speculate a bit on the other sites.
