Wholesaling Contracts Information Questions

Kyle West
Posted

Hey I'm 19 and looking to start with wholesaling as I don't have time to balance work, college, and ultimately get licensed right now. The way it goes is I make a sales agreement contract with the seller then sell that contract by filling out an assignment contract with a buyer right? So am I correct in believing the sales agreement contract goes to the title company then it's sent back to me. Then after I find a buyer we fill out the assignment to send to the title company(where does that assignment contract go from the title company when they're done? And do I send a copy or the original contract both for the sales agreement and assignment?) and that processes the sales agreement from the seller and I to the buyer automatically? Thank you, connections/messages sent to me for further discussions are appreciated and I'd be happy to make a profitable agreement with someone that assists me. I also have a marketing background and I am eager to use that in real estate.
