Tax Deed near Airbus

I have about 23 days left...

I received a tax quote for a commercial property near a new Airbus facility. It’s a gas station/ convenience store.

Back taxes owed are about $18k.

So far what I know is that the Airbus facility is expanding. It’s located about 10 minutes from the property in a huge business area.

The tax property is located near a housing project which is scheduled to be torn down.

Area is showing a lot of potential.

What’s the best way to go about selling the deed to potential investors?
