Management Fee for visit?

We own 6 SFHs in Cleveland. Going to tour them in 1 week. Management company just informed me of a fee (significant) for them to show me around the properties (additional charge to inform the tenants that we would be entering the residence). Just wondering if this is standard. Thoughts/comments?
