Portland OR 2019-2020 Update

Starting our Rental Property Investment journey in Portland and surrounding cities in the next couple of months and would like to obtain expert opinion(s) on some of the basics:

1. Location, Location, Location: Where is/are some of the good cities and/or neighborhoods for rental investment? ( Portland? Hillsboro? Beaverton?)

2. Team: Recommendation for property management companies?

3. Team: Recommendation for investor friendly and local expert real estate agent?
