Installment Sale Structure
I have a seller who has the primary goal of reducing their capital gains and would like to do seller financing. They have mentioned an installment sale. I would obviously prefer a long term structure but they want something shorter term that still spreads out their gains over a few years. What are some creative ways I could go about structuring this deal? TIA!!
