Boundary survey required on auction.com property

I won the bid on Auction.com. I was just advised that I need a boundary survey that I am to pay for. Can someone tell me what is included in a boundary survey (I am in Ohio) so I can make sure I get the correct documents the first time around? Has anyone else ever been asked to do this for an auctioned home?
