How Important is Personal Credit and Business Credit to wealth?

Great day everyone! I pray you all are creating a great day. I am a managing partner with Business Finance Solutions, LLC, we leverage our business relationships of 28 years to assist our clients with financing their deals.

One barrier I see VERY COMMON in this industry is challenged personal credit and ZERO business credit. Many people in this industry speak highly about how not having good credit doesn't stop a deal, however how sustainable is that?

My question is, how sustainable is it to have challenged personal credit and zero business credit in this industry when purposing to build long term wealth?
