Monthly Cash Flow Ranges

Like many on here I’m just getting started. I have been reading and listening to everything I can. It sounds like monthly cash flows net the 30% for vacancy, repairs and capital expenditures should be greater than $200 a month. What are your average net monthly incomes net those reserves?

I’m hoping this will help me better analyze the deals.

Thanks for the help!
