Glossary of RE investing terms

Good morning BiggerPockets. I hope this post finds everyone doing well.

I am curious if a real estate investing glossary or dictionary exists. I have been listening to the podcasts every morning and I feel as though I am missing some of the points because a lack of fundamental knowledge of terms. (I personally appreciate being able to see / hear terms in context)

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
