FHA question that I can't find an answer for

Hello everyone! This is my first post. 

So I'm looking to buy my first rental property. I'd most likely be getting an FHA loan to buy a duplex. However FHA requires me to live at the property, but I'm confused how this works in the scenario where the property I want to buy already has full rental occupancy (both units rented)?

Does anyone have experience with this, or can anyone shed some light?
