Hello, I'm new to this forum and would like to get in touch with people that are familiar with the non-commercial rental market in Dayton Beach and Orlando FL. We have been in the non-commercial rental business in our area for the past 3 years now and we are beginning to look for opportunities else where.
I'm been researching online and been following the out of state investment advice here so hopefully I can continue doing that with your help. Thanks in advance.
