Word of advice on listings...

Matt H
Posted

Just figured out something interesting. It's pretty simple but it's good advice. Like me probably many of you browse property listings online. I often will bookmark listings I find interesting. Well this morning I was in bed and was thinking about this one listing I saw yesterday. I started doing the math in my head and I quickly realized that it was actually a much better deal than I had originally thought. So I though "man I'm gonna make an offer asap!" So I go on the computer to look up the listing and guess what? The stupid website that it was on isn't working. Unbelieveable! So I'm basically screwed until they get the site back online. So my word of advice is that if you find a listing thats worth even bookmarking, then it's worth printing off as well.
