Income/ housing classes and where to learn more information

I’m trying to learn more information on real estate asset classes in the groups of people fit in according to those classes. I tried to look up information on the Internet but I’m obviously not typing in the right words because I’m not finding the information I’m looking for. Can someone please direct me to where I can find this information. For example people making $50,000 to 120,000 are in class XYZ. All information I can learn on this topic would be appreciated. Thank you
