I own my two family house in West New york, NJ. Looking forward to have 2nd investment in Union City, West New York or Guttenberg, NJ area. What is your thoughts on ivesting this hot markets (Due to being close to NYC)..

Another thought that I'm struggling, what about buying a mix use property (Store front + 1 residential apartment etc).
