Free Labor to gain experience!

First post on BiggerPockets.

I am highly interested in real estate, listen to podcast and read bigger pockets on a daily basis. I will be investing in real estate within the next year.

I want to learn everything I can and gain real world experience.  

This is what I would like to do, I want to work for free for someone to gain experience. I do not care what it is, excel spreadsheets, property analysis, property search, data mining...etc.

• Expert in excel (financial statements, macros, high level equations..etc)
• Understand and ability to generate financial statements
• Web Scrapping experience
• Strong understanding of business operations
