Hey contacting an recent owner is a good thing. owner of the property and house. This friend wrote a letter to us informing us he was interested in buying my grandmother's house. It was a good thing because no one was living at that house. My parents exchange phone numbers with him and now he is a very happy person. Right here in Tampa Florida.
