Building a Buyers and Sellers List

Hi Friends,

Newbie here. I have been spotting some "We buy houses" sign during my drives to and from work.

To build my buyers and sellers list, I have to call these number numbers to add them to my list? How do i get over this anxiety of calling them? I know I have to. Any tips? 

Are there other ways I can gather buyers and sellers?
